Slurrpp!!!! Yummy!!!! Mummy!!!!

I take my deep rest after study. I ask my mummy to cook something for me because my stomach have scream to me loudly saying "GIVE ME FOOD!!!!!!!!!" (LOL). In meanwhile, I take opportunity sneak out from room and take TV controller and watch TRANSFORMER 1. Arrrgghh, what I have done. My heart keep saying just take a simple rest while waiting for mummy best dishes in the world. I know, all of you also love your mom's cooking. So we are the same (LOL). Hmm my MAMA take about 30 minutes for prepare and cook crab. Marvelous!!!!! tonight I increase my iodine level inside my body. Walah!!! Superb!!! So potential to get hypothyroidism aka Goiter lower. Hmm nice and good try for tonight. But not good enough. Why my stomach keep ask for rice at this time, arrrggghhh No!!!!! I should diet to get slim fit shape. Ok fine, starting tomorrow NO RICE AFTER 10PM. But after tomorrow still can!!!! (LOL) Here I give my MAMA dish's recipe to all of you and don't forget TRY IT AT HOME!!!!


Recipe
1. Blue crab (of course : main ingredient)
2. Red onion (3)
3. Garlic (2)
4. Green chili (10)
5. Red chili (3)
6. Oyster sauce
7. Plum sauce (alternative : use limau kasturi (more better and health)
8. Chili sauce
9. Sugar
10. Salt

(Cook the crab 1st until half cook and used back the oil to make the paste)

How to do it
1. Put 2,3,4,5 together in a blender.
2. Cook it aka (Tumis) in pan until aroma appear and you all can smell the aroma
3. Put three sauce inside
4. Lastly pour sugar and salt + taste it.
